Eta Gamma Psi Sorority, Incorporated was established from humble beginnings by two sisters-in-Christ through their obedience to the call of God in 2021. Eta Gamma Psi is one of the two Christian Sororities birthed as a safe-haven for Kingdom women. The scope of the organization's purpose stands true to unite women, both domestic and international, to give reverence to Abba Father through their divine appointment and fellowship.

Hummingbird
The Hummingbird is a spiritual animal that symbolizes the environment of life and lightness of being. The environment of life mirrors the essence of the tree of life as depicted in holy scripture. Through Jesus Christ, we gain access to the tree of life also referred to as eternal life.
Nehemiah 8:10 says, "The joy of the lord is your strength"; and the hummingbird is related to such joy as they thrust through the air carrying joy with them. Commonly referred to as an angelic creature, the bird's ability to fly backward and forward symbolizes the good news of God's work being spread across the earth; destroying yolks, lightening hearts; and spreading joy.
Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me (John 14:6, NKJV). In HIM was life, and the life was the Light of men (John 1:4, NKJV).
